The Bloomington Food Policy Council went through a Strategic Plan throughout the winter. This draft will serve as a starting point for the BFPC and will be adapted and revised as the Council working groups move forward. Questions and comments can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Advocacy and Education Working Groups are currently considering projects and collaborations in conjunction with the Monroe County Community School Corporation‘s food services director to benefit their food system. An information gathering meeting was held November 1st. Meetings will reconvene in early 2012 to discuss further ideas and actions.
