Ready, Set, Grow

The Bloomington Food Policy Council and Bloomington Commission on Sustainability are sponsoring Ready, Set, Grow! to celebrate and teach home gardening at the Bloomington Community Farmers' Market.  Come and join us to celebrate gardening and growing our own food.  We have some great demos - container gardening, garden layout, and for the more adventurous, beekeeping!  Be sure to bring a gallon jug for free compost tea from Designscape and bring your children to have Worm's Way help them start a tomato plant from seed to take home and put in their gardens.  We'll even have music to garden by from Eileen and Mitch Rice!
